This is... I don't know what this is. Pretty awesome. Almost looks like a render rather than a photo.

Thanks for your comments, I used a wide angle lens at 10mm which adds to the angles I think

Stunning (although that's not really surprising coming from you!) I can't get over this. How did you do it? Bracketed apperature + merge with photoshop?

Thanks for the compliment whitKnee. It's a single RAW file that i played with in lightroom and then photoshop. I use a plugin in PS called lucisart that i have some fun with. My son and i had fun lying in our driveway for a 30 sec shutterspeed while we had a full moon.

Interesting, interesting! I'll have to look at that plugin because this is one of the most fabulous pieces of HDR I've ever seen. Interesting! The long exposure would explain the cool look. Did you have some sort of filter on your camera to make the lights look like that? Or did it come from the 30 second exposure?
It's so cute! You and your son make a good tea! :)
And your house is just cool shaped too! I just love this!

Hey there Whit, I didn't use a filter, I think you might be right it must have been from the exposure. Yeah I recommend you check out the lucisart plugin, I have some fun with it. I have an older version of it and some actions for photoshop. If you get a copy let me know and I can send you the actions, they help out heaps. I think I have version 2, i'm not sure if the actions work for their latest one.

Wow! Thanks for all the info, it looks really neat! I've got to get a steadier computer to start doing this kind of thing on, but in the near future I'll take you up on the actions! :P

You seriously are one of the few people that deserve way more attention for your photographs, you have the most fabulous eye! Are you a professional? Or a hobby?
